Mark Wood, Managing DirectorMark was appointed Managing Director of the UK Food Division of ESG in January 2011 and is responsible for setting the overall strategy for the business. He joined the company in March 2008 as Finance Director, having previously held senior financial positions with BSkyB, Cranswick and Kelda. Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC and holds a degree in Chemistry from Oxford University. |

Nigel Richards, Sales and Marketing DirectorNigel joined Eclipse in April 2009 and has over 20 years experience of working in different sectors of the food industry including senior sales roles with Unilever, RHM and the Kerry Group. Since joining, Nigel has been responsible for reshaping Eclipse’s customer strategy and for developing its customer relationships. He also leads the company’s new business development team and has spearheaded the rebranding of Eclipse as a more relevant and contemporary organisation

Sarah Hammond, IT DirectorSince joining in June 2009, Sarah has redefined the Eclipse IT strategy focusing on efficiency, customer satisfaction and delivery. This strategy, based on best of breed and cutting edge technology has propelled Eclipse into an industry leading position, gaining particular accolade for EOS, now widely recognised as the new standard in customer solutions. Since starting her career at the MoD as a graduate software engineer, Sarah has successfully developed and implemented global systems and solutions for some of the world’s largest electronics, technology and pharmaceutical organisations.

Declan Burns, Operations DirectorDeclan is Operations Director for Eclipse and is responsible for ensuring our customers receive a first class service from the labs. Declan brings previous experience from another major laboratory group and also 20 years’ experience in developing world class operational performance within the manufacturing sector. Having previously led a number of facilities across Europe to achieving operational excellence, Declan joined Eclipse in August 2009 and has been focussed on improving the key elements of quality, cost and delivery for Eclipse and our customers.

Sally Treen, Group HR ManagerSally joined Eclipse in 2003, becoming Group HR Manager in 2005. In this role she is responsible for all HR aspects of the business across our 7 sites in the UK. In addition, she is responsible for Health and Safety for Eclipse and for ensuring the smooth running of Head Office. Sally has a Masters degree in Physics and is a qualified member of the CIPD. |
