To get to Portlaoise by road please follow these directions:
From Dublin

Take the N7 road south out of Dublin for Naas and Kildare. (Most of this road has been upgraded to motorway - M7). After about 65 km/40 miles follow the signs for Portlaoise and exit at Bypass for Portlaoise. Pass by the Prison and take the first left after the double roundabout, Timahaun Road, R426. After 2 km/1 mile follow the signs for the NCT Centre, the office is next door.

Take the exit for the N8 signposted Cork, Midway Services, follow the signs for Portlaoise, take the first right immediately after the Midway Services entrance.Follow this road to a T Junction and turn left following signs for Lismard Business Park or NCT Test Centre. The office is next to the NCT Centre.
By rail:

From Dublin Heuston station take a train towards Cork/Limerick. From Portlaoise station you can take a taxi to the office which is about 5 minutes drive away.
