Users are able to quickly and easily register samples, access results and monitor trends with just a few clicks. Through the unique design and architecture, EOS not only exceeds today’s demands but also provides a safe, secure platform to deliver tomorrow’s.

EOS is a web based solution and is therefore accessible anytime, anywhere. It is also secure – secure certificates ensure that when you authenticate with your user name and password, your connection is encrypted, allowing safe transactions on the internet.

EOS is a solution built for high performance as well as high availability. It is able to manage high volume by automatically spreading the load across its multiple server architecture. This also means that if there were to be a server failure, the system will seamlessly decommission the failed server and initiate a new one without any interruption of service. In addition, EOS is mirrored across multiple continents, tirelessly replicating information to redundant sites. Should there be a Category 1 failure to the whole data centre, you wouldn’t notice.
EOS consists of three key modules;
