The
Eclipse Scientific Gro up
has established a reputation as the leading vitamin
analysis laboratory in the UK.
Not
only does this service encompass all of the major vitamins,
virtually all of the procedures employed are UKAS
accredited.
The laboratory uses techniques
such as surface plasmon resonance SPR and high performance
liquid chromatography (HPLC) - click
here for further details about the UKAS accredited
SPR technique being used in our laboratories.
Otherwise, microbiological
assay techniques are employed, with high specification
robotic dilutors in place to facilitate fast and accurate
analysis of samples.
We
are able to perform vitamin analysis routinely within
ten days of sample receipt and, with prior arrangement,
this can be reduced to 5 days.
Vitamins
commonly tested for are listed below. With one exception
(*), all methods are UKAS Accredited (UKAS Testing No.
