We are pleased to announce the latest release of our Customer Portal with the following enhancements.
Our new innovative registration tool provides the fastest method possible of adding samples to your registration files. This will shorten the time it takes to input your samples.
Automatically look up your sample descriptions as you begin typing your sample name. The system will automatically filter the list based on your input and allows you to quickly select the sample description required. Once you click the sample, see all of the other data appear automatically.
Using our new shelf life option, you can now add multiple samples very quickly with a few simple clicks. Don't worry about separating your routine and shelf life samples, we will do it for you.
All your sample data is available as Microsoft Excel downloads. A simple click and you have all the information at your fingertips.
Quickly filter to the data you need and see it refresh dynamically in the dashboard.
You can now filter the status pie chart by sample type. So if you want to know what percentage of tests failed in a given time period you can quickly get the answers.
Drop downs are now part of our standard features, if you use online registration all of your drop downs are pre-configured with your own data, making it easy to search and select.
You can now see your results as they are reported, no need to wait for our final certificate approval. All results that do not have a certificate approval are classified 'interim'. You can easily see which results are interim and which are final using the visual indicator 'interim flag'.
