Eclipse launch new 'next-day' testing service on nutritional chemistry

Eclipse Scientific Group is pleased to announce that it has expanded its nutritional testing capabilities with the launch of a new 'next-day' testing service for nutritional chemistry. The new service will be carried out at the company’s laboratory at Chatteris in Cambridgeshire and will cover Group 1 & Group 2 analysis including cis trans and component tests (ash, carbohydrates, dietary fibre, energy, fats, fatty acids, moisture, protein, sodium and sugar).

Samples received by 10am Monday to Thursday, will have their results reported by 5pm the following day (samples received on Friday will normally be reported on Monday unless agreed in advance).

Our current fast-track 3-day service is very popular and used extensively by many of our customers. Launching a premium next-day service was the logical next step; it gives customers more choice with regard to balancing their turnaround requirements with their budgetary constraints. In today’s market, product launches are often condensed into short time frames and the new service will help our customers to meet the demands of the retailers.”
