Dear Customer,

Welcome to our third and final newsletter of this year which I hope have helped to keep you informed about the latest exciting developments taking place across the Eclipse Scientific Group.

2011 has been a challenging year for many of our customers irrespective of whether they are operating within the food & drink, dairy, water or pharmaceutical sectors. At Eclipse, we have recognised this and strived to help by further improving the high standards of service we offer together with the breadth of our testing services.   

The continued development of EOS (Eclipse Online Solutions) has been a major part of this improvement process. We now have 1600 regular users with 9000 logins per month and having listened to customer feedback, are pleased to announce that further enhancements will be incorporated in the release of EOS version 4 on 9th January next year to make usage even easier and efficient.

The growth of our Mirfield laboratory in West Yorkshire has also been a major success story in 2011 and we are delighted to announce further significant investment in the site with the opening of a new Dairy Chemistry laboratory.

Given the importance we place upon communicating with our customers, we have recently completed a comprehensive overhaul of our website (www.eclipsescientific.co.uk) and are proud to announce that a stunning new-look will be unveiled on Wednesday 16th November with clearer navigation and even more information about Eclipse.
