Another business joins the Eclipse Group

Eclipse has announced its fourth acquisition of the year; the testing business of Berkshire-based On Merit Limited.

The firm has worked closely with The Cattle Information Service and has provided milk testing and consultancy services to a wide range of milk suppliers. These services will now be provided from the Eclipse laboratory at Telford (Devan Laboratories).

The acquisition continues the growth plan for Eclipse, whose milk testing operation now moves into the herd recording sector of the milk industry.
