Devan Laboratories - acquisition No. 3 in 2005 by Eclipse

The microbiological and chemical testing business Devan Laboratories Limited, located in Telford, Shropshire, becomes the third business to join the Group this year. Operating at this site, the acquisition strengthens Eclipse’s geographical coverage of the UK, with its excellent laboratory facilities and experienced staff, Eclipse is now more ‘local’ for its Midlands-based food customers.
