Manslaughter charges over outbreak of Legionnaires' Disease

A senior council official has been charged with manslaughter over the outbreak of Legionnaires' Disease in Cumbria, which claimed seven lives.

Workplacelaw network: A council official has been charged with seven counts of manslaughter in connection with the fatal Legionnaires' outbreak in Barrow-in-Furness in August 2002.
